About me

Yoga, the way I came to need it.

I didn’t come to yoga to bend further or hold longer. I came to it tired — and stayed because, for the first time in a long while, I could simply breathe and be here. That is what I hope to pass on.

My classes are slow and spacious. We move with the breath, we rest without apology, and we leave room for whatever the day has brought. You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced. You only need to show up.
